- The Scripture Is Inspired by the Holy Spirit
We believe that The Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God (2 Tim. 3:15-17) for faith, conduct, and practice. God’s Word refreshes our minds while God’s Spirit renews our strength. - The One True God
We believe in the Holy Trinity and that there is only one true God, Eternally Existent in three persons: God the Father; God the Son; and God the Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4; Isaiah 43:10,11; Matt. 28:19; Luke 3:22). - The Fall of Man
We believe that Man was created good and upright, and in the image and likeness of God. However, man by voluntary transgression fell and thereby invited both physical and spiritual death, which is separation from God. (Gen. 1:26,27; 2:17; 3:6 Romans 5:12-19). - The Salvation of Man
We believe in The CENTRAL TRUTH OF THE GOSPEL which States that :
“….YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN…” (John 3:3), Salvation is to be set free from sin and its penalties and is received by faith in the cleansing power of the Blood of Jesus Christ. Each man has to accept Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, otherwise, Jesus’ death will not save him, So, therefore, Man’s only hope of redemption is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Sin points one to eternal death and destruction but God’s Word points one to life. If Christ Jesus is our Lord and Saviour, a new body, a new soul and a new spirit await us one day and Also God’s Spirit joins Himself to our spirit to declare that we are God’s children (Romans 8:16) - The Ordinances of The Church
These are: WATER BAPTISM by immersion for all who repent and believe on Christ as Saviour and Lord (Matt. 28:19; Mark 16:16; Rom. 6:4); and HOLY COMMUNION, consisting of the elements – bread and the fruit of the Vine – is the symbol expressing the broken body and the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 14:4; I Cor. 11:26). - The Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We believe that All believers are entitled to and should ardently expect and earnestly seek the promise of the Father, the baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4,8; I Cor. 12:1-31) - The Initial Physical Evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Ghost
We believe that The baptism of believers in the Holy Ghost is witnessed by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives the utterance. (Acts. 2:4; 10:44-46; 19:6) - Sanctification
We believe that Sanctification is separation from that which is evil and of dedication unto God (Romans 12:1, 2; 1 Thess. 5:23, Heb. 13: 12) and that By the sanctifying power of the Holy4Spirit, the Christian is enabled to live a holy life (Heb. 12:14, 1 Peter 1: 15,16). - The Church and Its Mission
We believe that The Church is the body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfilment of her commission. Each believer, born of the Spirit, is an integral part of the general assembly and Church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven. (Eph. 1:22,23; 2:22; Heb. 12:23). We believe that A divinely called and scripturally ordained ministry has been provided by our Lord for the threefold purpose of leading the Church in:- Evangelization of the world – Mark 16:15-20.
- Worship of God – John 4:23-24, and
- Building a body of saints being perfected in the image of His Son -Eph. 4:11,16.
- Divine Healing
We believe that Divine healing is an integral part of the gospel. Divine healing is the supernatural power of God bringing health to the human body. It is received by faith in the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ. All the punishment Jesus Christ received before and during His crucifixion was for our healing – spirit, soul and body. By His stripes, we are healed. Divine healing was included in the benefits that Jesus Christ bought for us at Calvary.
Healing of the human body is the answer to believing prayer provided for in the atonement and is the privilege of all believers and that is why God has been using his Servant Snr Prophet Osita Chukwunonso Elijah to set so many people Free from the yoke and bondage of Infirmity.
(Isaiah 53:4-5; Matt. 8:16-17; James 5:14-16). - The Blessed Hope
We believe that The resurrection of those who have died in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord is the imminent and blessed hope of the Church, called the Rapture of the Church (I Thess. 4:16-17; Rom. 8:23; Titus 2:13; I Cor. 15:51-52). - The Millennial Reign of Christ
We believe that The second coming of Christ includes the rapture of the saints, which is our blessed hope, followed by the visible return of Christ with His saints to reign on earth for one thousand years (Zech. 14:5; Matt. 24:27,30; Rev. 1:7; 19:11; 20:1-6). - The Final Judgment
We believe that There will be a final judgment in which the wicked dead will be raised and judged according to their works. (Matt. 25:46; Mark 9:43-48; Rev. 19:20; 20:11-15; 21:8).
